About
About Midori Research
Midori Research is a personal site: essays and notes about how research gets done, and the projects that come out of it.
There are two kinds of things here. Writings are essays and notes: how to read sources, how to keep a notebook, how a dataset was put together. Projects are the things that got built, each with a short description, a live link and, where it helps, a demo video.
What to expect
- Essays that explain a method step by step, so you can use it yourself.
- Project write-ups that say what was built, how, and what was learned.
- Corrections added to the piece itself, with a date, rather than quietly edited in.
